With nearly 20 years in the Marketing and Advertising industry, Imani Khayyuh is referred to as an experiential marketing guru. With an unmatched ability to bring brands to life through the creation of transformative experiences, her ability to engage consumers on an emotional level, creating relationships that are long-lasting, is second to none.
Imani has designed and implemented ground-breaking experiential marketing events for national and global brands such as the launch of Sprite Green in the Chicago market, in conjunction with another agency, which included a concert event with Kanye West's label, G.O.O.D Music; the Verizon sponsored event, “Black Authors on Tour” with keynote speakers Russell Simmons and Mos Def; and McDonald’s nationwide “Apollo Kids Talent Search,” which culminated with a concert at the famed Apollo Theater, headlined by Lil’ Kim.
As an innovative marketing leader with agency’s like Burrell Communications and Cohn & Wolfe, she has spear-headed and delivered product experience campaigns for Fortune 500 brands including the James R. Jordan Foundation, World Cup, the Olympics, and Granger. In addition, Imani’s talents as an entrepreneur gained her public notoriety, being featured in Essence Magazine, Chicago Sun-Times, ABC Local News, and other national publications for her entrepreneurial successes. This led her to open GreenThumb Consulting Group, LLC, a full-service Experiential Marketing firm specializing in branding for corporate, entertainment, sports and non-profit events.
